[Jool-list] Switched to jool, step1

Good morning,

a small success story from our side: after testing with jool for some
time, we today switched all active / production traffic from tayga.

Motivation besides higher bandwidth was that we had problems allocating
more RFC1918 space to NAT44 in tayga.

I'll write a blog post about it in the next days, just wanted to say
thanks for the nice piece of software!
