[Jool-news] Jool 3.5.5 has been released.

Improvements since 3.5.4:

1. Bugfix #249: Fix missing entries from --eamt --display output.
2. Bugfix #253: Fix namespace code for usage of Jool in a container.
3. Bugfix: Fix random broken connections due to mischosen masking ports.
4. Improve mask selection algorithm's performance.
