Your request shold be

http://[2001:ab5::34.196.x.x]

Where "34.196.x.x" is the IPv4 address of C.

Input that in Firefox's address bar.

Alternatively, use wget:

$ wget http://[2001:ab5::34.196.x.x]

Ok, but notice that you only gave us your ICMP pool4. For HTTP
requests, you will also need a TCP pool4.
