[Jool-list] Jool 4.0.1 has been released

Sorry; the Debian package is not ready yet.

The new release patches the following bugs:

1. Kernel panic on malformed userspace requests.

2. Two performance bottlenecks.

Version 3.5.8 has also been released. It fixes

1. Compilation error on newer Ubuntu (Debian?) kernels.
   (Incidentally, this also adds support for kernels 4.17 and 4.18.)
