[Jool-list] Jool Documentation's License

Hiya

Just to inform you that, sort of as an afterthought of issue #258
(https://github.com/NICMx/Jool/issues/258), Jool's documentation has
been re-released under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL),
Version 1.3.

Originally, the documentation used to inherit the code's license out
of inertia. When #258 came up, things remained that way because we
needed to close #258 as soon as possible. But that might have not made
much sense so the migration to the GFDL was started along and finally
became a thing today.

Once again, I'd like to apologize for any inconveniences this
transaction might have caused anyone.
