[Jool-list] v3.3.2 bug

Hello

One of our testers found a bug in Jool's release protocol. It has been
fixed, but it doesn't make up for the fact that Jool 3.3.2's zip (and
checksums) has incorrectly contained the 3.3.1 code since it was
uploaded.

The new version has been updated in jool.mx. If you downloaded 3.3.2
from the website, please do so again.

Run `jool_siit -V` or `jool -V` to review the version you're running.
